Timentor is a planner. Your plans are yours. This policy explains the little we handle and the reason for each piece.
Tasks, completions, streaks, history, and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not run accounts and we cannot read your planner. If you enable device backup (iCloud on iOS, Google backup on Android), your data is included in that backup under Apple's or Google's own protections — it still never reaches our servers.
When you use voice capture or AI task breakdown, the following leaves your device, over an encrypted connection, only at the moment you use the feature:
We keep no copies of your recordings or requests. Our server logs hold only technical metadata (a random user identifier, timestamps, request sizes, how many requests you have used against your allowance, and how many tokens they cost), retained for up to 30 days for abuse prevention and debugging.
If you turn cloud recognition off in Settings, speech is transcribed by your device's own recognizer, which may involve Apple or Google per your system settings.
The app signs in anonymously to our backend (Google Firebase) to count your AI requests against your allowance. This identifier is random, is not linked to your name or email, and we do not use it to track you across apps or websites. We use no advertising SDKs and run no ad networks.
Signing in is optional. Timentor works fully without an account. If you choose Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google — so that a Timentor Plus subscription stays attached to you across reinstalls and devices — we receive and store your email address (the private relay address, if you asked Apple to hide yours) and the provider's user identifier, linked to the anonymous account above. We use them for one thing: recognising that account, and for the small number of addresses we grant support access to. We never sell them, never use them for marketing, and never send you mail you did not ask for.
Signing in does not upload your planner: your tasks still never leave the device, and signing out leaves them untouched.
We measure how the app is used so we can see where people get stuck and what a request costs us to answer. This goes to Amplitude, an analytics provider with servers in the United States.
What we send is structure, never content. Events carry things like: which screen or command was used, how many actions an answer produced, how long it took, how many tokens it cost, and the shape of what you said — its length bracket, its language, whether it was a question. Nothing you wrote or said travels with it.
What we never send: your task titles, descriptions and notes, your recordings, the text of your requests, or anything from your profile. Those stay on your device.
Events are tied to two random identifiers — one for the installation, one for the anonymous account above. Neither is your name, your email or an account you signed up for, and neither follows you to other apps.
Deleting the app stops new analytics collection. To remove the local analytics identifier and the anonymous backend account from inside the app, use «Delete all data» in Settings. Previously delivered pseudonymous analytics and technical provider logs may remain for their stated retention periods. To request their removal, write to sup@agemoware.com and we will.
Timentor Plus is an auto-renewing subscription — weekly, monthly or yearly. It is sold and billed entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play, and the app shows you the price in your own currency before you pay. We never see your card, your billing address, or any payment details.
To know whether a subscription is genuinely valid, the app hands the receipt the store gives it — a signed transaction on iPhone, a purchase token on Android — to our server, which verifies it with Apple or Google and keeps, against your account:
We keep these while the subscription exists and for up to 24 months after it ends, because a refund or dispute can still be reported against it and because tax rules require us to be able to reconstruct a sale. They are never used for advertising, never shared for marketing, and never joined to your planner, which we cannot read.
Deleting Timentor data does not cancel a store subscription or erase purchase history; those remain under your Apple or Google account and are managed in the store — on iPhone in Settings, under your name, Subscriptions; on Android in Google Play, under Subscriptions.
If you leave your email on timentor.app/ios or timentor.app/android, we store that email address, the platform of the page you used (iPhone or Android) and the time you signed up, in our backend (Google Firebase, servers in the EU). We use it for one thing: sending you the invite to the test build. It is never sold, shared for marketing, or used for anything else. For an iPhone invite the address is passed to Apple's TestFlight, which sends the invite under Apple's own terms.
The list is deleted when the beta ends. To be removed earlier, write to sup@agemoware.com and we will delete your entry.
Timentor is not directed at children under 13, and we knowingly collect no personal information from them.
